CFR Pools was founded on a simple frustration: too many pool projects in the GTA were being sold by one company, designed by another, and built by a rotating cast of subcontractors nobody could really call when something went wrong.

We built CFR the opposite way. The same team that scopes your project on day one is the team on site for excavation, structure, tile and equipment — backed by the operational and financial strength of the wider Randolph Group. That combination is rare: the accountability of a small, owner-led builder, with the stability of a diversified contracting group behind it.

Every shell we pour is engineered specifically for Ontario soil conditions and freeze-thaw cycles — not a generic template.
